Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Cut off brown ends of the sprouts and pull off any yellow leaves.

Step 3

Mix oil, salt and black pepper in a bowl.

Step 4

Toss/coat the sprouts with the spice mix.

Step 5

Bake and roast for 35-40 minutes in the oven.
