Ingredients
- ¼ cup water
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cups white navy beans, cooked and rinsed
- ⅓ cup crushed tomatoes
- 1½ tablespoons fancy molasses
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon halal mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Step 1
Add water to a medium pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add the onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

One serving size is approximately ½ cup of beans.
