  • 5 medium-sized persimmons
  • 2 green apples, diced
  • 1 cup of green grapes
  • 2 small dates, chopped
  • ΒΌ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Step 1

Cut the persimmons and apples in small dices, and shred the dates. Add the grapes and mix all the fruits together in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Top with either pecans or walnuts.

Chill and serve!
