- 2 medium potatoes, scrubbed and rinsed
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced/mashed
- ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
Mix all spices with oil in a mixing bowl.
Toss/coat the potatoes with the spice mix.
Bake evenly for 35 minutes in the oven.
