Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans black beans, drained
- 1 (9oz) can Foul Medammas Beans
- 1 (9oz) can Hommos Tahina and Strained Foul Medammas Beans
- 1 (2¼oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup nonfat, halal sour cream
- ½ cup prepared guacamole
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 1 (7oz) bag baked tortilla chips
Step 1
In an 8 inch round Pyrex or other dish, cover bottom of dish with black beans.
Step 2
Layer all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips over black beans in the order listed above.
Step 3
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or cover and refrigerate for use later.
