Ingredients
- 2 cups homemade yogurt
 - 4 medium size ripe bananas, sliced
 - 2 small guava, diced
 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
 - 1 teaspoon black seeds
 - ½ cup lemon juice
 
Step 1
Pour the yogurt in the blender and add in the bananas, guava, chia seeds, and black seeds.
						Step 2
Blend for a 1 to 2 minutes until the consistency is fine. Then add in the lemon juice.
						Step 3
Blend again for another 1 to 2 minutes.
						Step 4
Serve chilled.
