  • 1 pound whole mushrooms
  • 2 cubes halal beef boullion
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 stick Organic Valley® lightly-salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons white flour
  • ½ cup Organic Valley® heavy cream
  • a dash of pepper
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Step 1

In a pan, sauté mushrooms in ½ stick butter, remove and set aside.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, dissolve beef cubes in hot water.

Step 3

In the same pan, melt the other ½ stick butter and blend with flour.

Step 4

Add butter, cream, pepper, beef broth and bring the sauce to a simmer. Add the mushrooms now.

Step 5

Place the mushroom-sauce mixture in a casserole dish.

Step 6

Top with cheese and bread crumbs.

Step 7

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
