  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • ¼ cup dill, chopped
  • ½ clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon mayo or halal Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ head Savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

Step 1

Peel kohlrabi and cut into thin slices, like matchsticks.

Step 2

Whisk together lemon juice, dill, garlic, mayo or Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Step 3

Whisk in the olive oil and toss with the kohlrabi, cabbage, and apple.

Step 4

Add salt and pepper to taste.
