Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups flour of your choice cup
- ¼ vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, optional
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Mash bananas with a fork.
Step 3
Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
Step 4
Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 5
Cool for 5 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
