Ingredients
- 1 ciabatta bread loaf, sliced in half
- 3 ounces imitation crab meat (pollack fish)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat honey mustard
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon artichoke hummus
- ½ cup fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 ounce Cabot Pepper Jack Light Cheese
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine the crab meat with honey mustard and black pepper. Set aside.
Step 2
Spread hummus on sliced bread.
Step 3
Add fresh spinach and sprouts. Top with crab and sliced cheese.
